Bratwurst Sausages are traditionally a German sausage made from veal, beef or pork – however our take on the classic is made from beef and pork mix together and has been that way since 1972.
The combination of the two meats provides a juicier and softer sausage which makes eating it much more pleasing when comparing to other single protein snags. With our bratwurst sausage, you can expect to taste a pinch of coriander and black pepper as well as subtle hints of nutmeg.
