Our Chicken Schnitzels are NOT manufactured – They are the real deal.
That ‘stuff’ that you might find at a some pubs when you order a parma that you can snap it in half or cut it with a spoon…. yeah, don’t eat that. Chicken is not meant to snap, it’s suppose to be tender, succulent and meaty like ours. We use skinless Chicken Breast fillets butterflied by hand, dipped in egg-wash and coated in bread crumbs – that’s it.
Each unit is approx 300 gm each

All chicken products are cage free chickens.
Hormone and steroid free
The only hormones contained in our chickens are those produced naturally by the chicken itself. The practice of supplementing hormones and steroids has been banned in Australia for over forty years.
The ban is supported by the Australian Chicken Meat Federation and adhered to by ALL chicken meat producers across Australia.
