Sheridan gammons are famous for being the most authentic gammons in Australia. Using premium free-range pork leg then dry cured using imported Irish salts and spices to give you the most flavoursome mouth watering ham.
Sheridan hand dry cure their gammons, whilst many other suppliers inject their gammons with a water based cure with a curing time of 2 seconds which leads to a water filled product.
