What is suet?
Suet is’s a fat which grows around some internal organs and has a melting point between 45° – 50°C.
Once it is rendered, it becomes ‘tallow’. It can be used too add extra flavour to some [hot/cooked] potato chips/fries and it’s a key ingredient in some pastries, cakes, pies, as well as in the making of candles and soaps.
